概述   Description

        氣流干燥機(jī)又稱瞬間、閃急干燥機(jī)，我國(guó)從60年代開始在制藥、化工等行業(yè)應(yīng)用。我廠建廠伊始就引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)，為制藥化工、食品等行業(yè)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)氣流干燥設(shè)備。十多年來不斷改進(jìn)提高發(fā)展以下三大系列氣流干燥機(jī)：QG系列、FG系列、GFF系列。

Air stream drying is also called insyantaneous drying.It is used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry from 1960 at home.Our factory follows up the advanced technology at abroad, produce series air stream dryer for home customer.The main products are divided into three series:QG,FG and GFF.

特點(diǎn)   Featrures

1、干燥強(qiáng)度大，設(shè)備投資省，蒸發(fā)水份能力，可從50kgH2O/h-2000kgH2O/h。

2、干燥時(shí)間短，適用于熱敏性物料，成品不與外界接觸，無污染，質(zhì)量好。

3、設(shè)備成套提供，熱源可選擇蒸汽加熱或配套使用燃煤、燃油、燃?xì)鉄犸L(fēng)爐等。

 

1.Powerful drying, little invest and the amount of evaporated moisture is high(from 50kg/h to 2000kg/h).

2.The drying time is short. The series is suitable for stong heat sensitive materials. The finished product is separated from outside, and on pollution with high quality.

3.The equipment is a total set. The heat source can be choose from steam, coal fuel, oil fuel and gas fuel hot air furnace.

 

QG系列

        基本型氣流干燥設(shè)備，適用于松散狀、粘性小、成品為顆粒及粉末的物料。此流程示意為負(fù)壓氣流干燥，用戶可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品特性選擇正壓型式的干燥方法。

It is a kind base type, suitable for drying granule and adhesive property powder the sketch is negative stream drying, and you can choose positive stream drying.

GFF系列

        設(shè)備帶強(qiáng)化粉碎裝置，具有產(chǎn)品終水份低、設(shè)備占地面積小、高度低等特點(diǎn)，適用于濾餅、膏狀、帶有一定粘性、要求成品為粉末狀的產(chǎn)品。

The series include force grinding equipment,and the mateials have less moisture, the installing area and the height is small, it is suitable for pulpiness, paste-like mixture or adhesive property powder materials.

FG系列

    具有尾氣循環(huán)使用比一般氣流干燥機(jī)節(jié)能30％的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，適用于無粘性、松散狀物料，成品為顆粒及粉末。

The out air is circulation and save 30％power.It is suitable for no adhesive property,disorder materials,and finished product is graphite and powder.
